Driving Financial Performance and Oversight
Paul is Finance Director at Fiander ETL, where he oversees the group’s financial reporting and supports the team in delivering on the firm’s performance objectives. Working on a part-time basis, Paul plays a key role in ensuring strong financial management and operational effectiveness across the business.
Having spent many years with the practice, Paul previously served as a Client Director before stepping into his current role as Finance Director. His in-depth knowledge of the firm and extensive experience in accountancy and financial oversight enable him to provide valuable guidance to both the leadership team and wider business.
As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), Paul brings technical expertise, a detailed understanding of financial reporting, and a commitment to supporting the continued growth and stability of the firm.
