Programme Structure 
EXIT 2030 is a facilitated workshop programme that includes:

  • 7x monthly three-hour sessions, online and in-person, over an eight-month period. 
  • Expert facilitators and speakers at each session.

    EXIT 2030: Meet The Expert Team
    Breda Ferarrio – Founder, Ferarrio Consulting
    Breda is a business strategist, coach and consultant with over 32 years’ experience helping leaders and organisations navigate change and growth. She specialises in supporting CEOs and leadership teams through the challenges that arise at every stage of business. These range from strategy and market positioning, through revenue and profitability, to increasing valuation in preparation for sale, succession, and exit planning. A distinctive element of Breda’s approach is her focus on energy. Her work aligns individuals and teams around purpose and vision, to unlock clarity, momentum and long-term value.
    David Tucker – Managing Partner, Jasper Equity
    David focuses on leading Jasper’s deal origination and providing ongoing support for investee companies. He has over 30 years of experience spanning direct investment and M&A, advising on corporate transactions across various sectors and geographies.
    Cathy Revis – Head of Tax and Deal Advisory, Fiander ETL
    Cathy became a partner in Fiander ETL in 2000. She has particular expertise in tax planning and business structuring, exit and retirement planning, and M&A. She has worked with businesses from most industry sectors, advising on cross-border corporate transactions and taxation matters.
    Chris Taylor – Partner, Jasper Equity
    Chris leads Jasper’s deal execution side, focusing on partnering with businesses to drive meaningful growth in shareholder value and create exit options over a medium-term horizon. Chris has over 15 years of experience in investing and M&A, predominantly with SME clients.
    James Fox – Financial Planner, Evelyn Partners Wealth Management
    James has been a financial planner for three years. He has significant experience working with business owners before, during, and post-exit to ensure they understand how their wealth works for them and capitalise on vital tax reliefs and tax-efficient planning.
    Kathryn Beasley – Partner, Laytons ETL
    Kathryn is a Partner in Laytons’ Corporate team, with over 12 years’ experience. She has particular expertise in M&A (often cross-border), private equity and venture capital transactions, reorganisations, employee share schemes and general corporate and company law.
    James Grayson – Director, Investment Management, Evelyn Partners Wealth Management
    James joined Tilney Evelyn Partners in 2021, bringing with him 30 years’ experience. He manages portfolios across a wide range of tax environments and legal structures, including trusts, pensions, and clients with non-standard residence and domicile. He has an excellent understanding of both complex and traditional assets.
    Group Selection and Participation 
    To join the EXIT 2030 programme, you are likely to own an established business, turning over a minimum of £2 million in revenue and with around 10 employees. This is also a peer-to-peer mentoring group, so it’s important that you are happy to be open and share experiences with other delegates. The small group will comprise around 12 people. To ensure the right mix of people, businesses and sectors, we request that you have a short coaching session with Breda to discuss the programme and whether it is suitable for you. This will ensure maximum value for all delegates.
    Your investment
    £1,450 (excluding VAT) per month, paid monthly.

    Initial deposit: three months.
