Cathy is Head of Tax, Deal Advisory, and Firm Principal at Fiander ETL, leading the firm’s tax team and specialist transaction support services. She works closely with business owners and management teams, providing clear, strategic advice on tax planning, business disposals, acquisitions, and succession.
Cathy joined Fiander ETL in 1992 and went on to serve as Managing Director for five years until 2021. She now focuses on strengthening the firm’s tax and deal advisory services, drawing on decades of experience in complex business reorganisations, mergers, and sales. Throughout her career, Cathy has supported clients across a wide range of industries, helping them structure, grow, and transition their businesses with confidence.
As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA), Cathy is recognised for her technical expertise, practical insight, and commitment to helping clients achieve their long-term goals.
