Andy is the Managing Director and Firm Principal at Fiander ETL, supporting clients with audit, accountancy, and transaction-related services. He works closely with business owners and senior management teams to provide practical, clear guidance on financial management, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.
Andy began his career at a local independent firm of Chartered Accountants, qualifying in 2003, before moving to a Big Four firm where he gained experience as an audit manager. He joined Fiander ETL in June 2010 and became a Director in April 2012. Since then, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from small owner-managed businesses to large multi-national groups, helping them navigate complex financial and operational challenges.
As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), Andy is recognised for his analytical approach, commercial insight, and commitment to helping clients achieve sustainable growth.
