Helen is an experienced deal adviser who works with business owners to navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and growing companies. At Fiander ETL, she partners with clients to provide clear, practical advice on strategy, financial due diligence, acquisitions, disposals and forecasting.
Her career has spanned Big Four training, senior roles in industry at Aviva Health, and leadership positions in regional accountancy firms. She has also run her own consultancy, supporting boutique corporate finance firms and business owners on critical transactions – giving her a first-hand understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face.
As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), Helen is recognised for her collaborative approach, her ability to simplify complex financial issues, and her focus on helping clients achieve their long-term ambitions.
